Act as if your desired goal is already actualized. Speak, walk, relate and think as if all your desired dream or life aspiration had already become a reality. Acting as if, sent powerful command to your goals. It programs the reticular activating system (RAS) in your brain to start noticing anything that will help you succeed and it sends strong messages to the universe that this end goal is something you really want. Our mind cannot differentiate between real and imagined events. Make it real in your subconscious mind, feel the experience from the inside. If you intend to climb up a managerial post, start dressing like one, start speaking like one. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. The more you create the vibration - the mental and emotional states – of already having something, the faster you attract it to you. This is an immutable law of the universe and critical to accelerating your rate of success. On my vision board, I have a yacht I pasted on it and every time I look at it, I imagine myself enjoying the waves, relaxing, making business calls, signing my employee paycheck on my yacht. It is not an illusion it is just an act of bringing the future to the present. The mind cannot differentiate anyway. Acting as if it is real helps to build our self confidence. However, people sometimes confuse confidence with arrogance. The arrogant person is usually actually an insecure person and their arrogance is way of hiding their insecurities. Where an arrogant person is boastful, confident person has no need to boast - they know their achievement speak for themselves. Where an arrogant person will have trouble admitting they were wrong, a confident person is perfectly willing to admit when they are wrong - they know that their admission doesn’t diminish their value and abilities. If an arrogant arrogant person tends to focus on looking good or appearing to be the best, a confident person focuses on being the best and doing the best.
